Organic Weed Control in Hobart

We believe effective weed control doesn't have to mean relying on conventional herbicides.

Depending on the garden and the type of weeds present, we use a combination of hand weeding and certified organic herbicide to help manage unwanted growth.

We don't use glyphosate (commonly known as Roundup) or conventional herbicides, allowing us to take a more considered approach around gardens and areas shared by families, pets and local wildlife.

Hand Weeding

Where practical, weeds can be removed by hand, particularly throughout garden beds and around established plants where a more selective approach is appropriate.

Certified Organic Herbicide

Where herbicide treatment is appropriate, we use certified organic herbicide to help manage unwanted growth without relying on glyphosate or conventional herbicides.

Our approach to weed control may form part of our garden maintenance and garden clean-up services in areas such as:

• Garden beds
• Paths and paved areas
• Driveways and edges
• Fence lines and boundaries
• Other areas of unwanted weed growth where treatment is appropriate

Weed control is generally provided as part of our garden maintenance and garden clean-up services rather than as a standalone spraying service.

For regular customers, we can manage weeds progressively as part of ongoing garden care, combining hand weeding and organic herbicide treatment as required.
